Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope

This policy is hereby established by Casey Murphy GK LLC, and it pertains to all tickets sold for our upcoming soccer clinic events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  • “Us”, “We”, “Our” means Casey Murphy GK LLC, our staff or agents acting on our behalf.
  • “You” means the consumer, ticket purchaser, customer, attendee or nominated attendee.
  • “Person” means corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals.
  • “Venue” means any privately or publicly owned and operated facility such as a stadium, sporting centre, sports field, arena, or other place where events are held whether or not an entry fee is charged.
  • “Resale” means a sale by a person other than Us.
  • “Resell” means to offer for resale or to consummate a resale.
  • “Ticket” means any thing, issued by Us, which indicates that the bearer has paid for entry or other evidence which permits entry to a place of entertainment.

 

3. Refunds/Exchanges

Tickets purchased for our soccer clinics are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by law or as agreed to by Casey Murphy GK LLC. This means that once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless permitted under applicable laws or with the Company’s consent.

 

4. Rescheduling/Postponement of Event

Casey Murphy GK LLC reserves the right to reschedule or postpone an event due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, inclement weather, venue availability, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders in advance through email or other forms of communication provided at the time of purchase.

 

5. Notice of Rescheduling/Postponement

In the event that an event is rescheduled or postponed and notice is not provided in excess of 14 days prior to the original scheduled date, ticket holders may seek a refund from the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the face value of the ticket purchased. Please note that refunds will only be issued upon request and must be made within 30 days from the date of notification about the rescheduling/postponement.

 

6. Resale of Tickets Prohibited

Tickets purchased for our soccer clinics may not be resold by any individual or entity other than Casey Murphy GK LLC without prior written consent from the Company. Any such unauthorized resale may result in cancellation of tickets without refund and/or legal action against the purchaser.

 

7. Rights Reserved

We reserve all rights to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the soccer clinic without prior notice and without any liability.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the soccer clinic, including but not limited to personal injury or loss of property.

 

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey, United States.

 

10. Modification

Casey Murphy GK LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and it is the responsibility of ticket holders to review this Policy periodically for any updates or modifications.

 

11. General Terms

By purchasing a ticket sold by Us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied entry or cancellation of tickets without refund.
